Instead of making Merlluq feel like another clinical technology platform, the brand was developed around connection creating a visual and verbal system that feels smart without becoming cold.
Make complexity feel simple without making it feel simplistic.
Healthcare communication carries a natural amount of complexity.
Different professionals, different needs, technical information, distance, compliance, and collaboration all need to exist within one experience.
Merlluq therefore needed more than a polished technology aesthetic.
It needed to feel clear.
